Before you apply
Volunteering may involve frightened, injured or recovering animals. Please be honest about your experience, health and comfort level so our team can assign suitable work.
What you should know
- Minimum volunteer age: 18 years
- Pre-exposure rabies vaccination is compulsory before volunteering.
- Lunch is provided on scheduled volunteer days
- Breakfast, dinner and accommodation are not provided
- Medical and accidental insurance are not provided
- Travel and personal medical expenses are not covered
- Application submission does not guarantee placement
- Always follow shelter staff instructions
